Each workshop is different as I tune in to the needs of the group at the time, but the day will always include guidance in creating resonant sound throughout the body, by means of dynamic exercises and sacred imagery. There will be opportunities to bathe in group sound as well as to enter and explore our own individual kingdom of sound.
