Individual Work

All individual work is based around a series of exercises designed to resonate the voice in each of the major energy centres of the body

During the exercises when working individually I am able to tune in intuitively to what the voice is expressing from the unconscious. The information often takes the form of images which I see in my mind and which relate to the core issue in a person's life at that time

Sometimes the images are specific and contemporary and sometimes vivid, symbolic and archetypal. In the latter case we work together to uncover the meaning before going on to vocalise and release the energy trapped in that particular centre. We then work to liberate, vocalise and integrate elements of the core authentic self which may have remained unacknowledged for many years. Although the intuitive aspects are paramount in this work, there is also a strong link to psychodynamics as we pinpoint the past experiences which are dominating a person's present life and contact the dynamic energies needed to move on from a place of authenticity and personal power.

 For some individuals the process as been described as life changing. It's not uncommon for people to adopt an entirely new belief system, change their life direction, recover long lost creative abilities or greatly enhance existing ones following a short series of sessions.

My studio is in Barcombe near Lewes, so for people who need to travel some distance, OR for people who prefer to work in this way, I can offer an initial session of three to four hours. During this time we can identify the core issue and move forward quite considerably into new areas of insight and change. Most people don't require follow up for some time, if at all, making this a very cost effective way of working. The fee for this work is £250

For people who live closer to Lewes, OR who prefer to work with a sereis of shorter sessions, I recommend an initial session two hours, followed by a series of follow ups of one or one and a half hours. The fee for this work is £50 per hour.
